Spaces is a feature that allows users to create workspaces within their organization with the goal of quickly getting new users to valuable data that is being used within their organization.

This project covers how I went about consolidating all of the different card types within FullStory down to one component capable of meeting all existing functionality and setting us to more easily evolve our cards in the future.

Scroll Maps is a feature that allows FullStory customers to understand the percent of users that are scrolling to a specific part of a page answer whether compelling content of CTAs are even being seen.

This project covers the full redesign and rebranding of the internal design system at FullStory called Grammar.

Before 2020, FullStory was primarily a session replay tool, driven by segments. With the introduction of new features like Dashboards, Funnels, and Conversion Opportunities in 2020, I helped craft a completely new FullStory experience to accommodate an expanding suite of analytics tools called FullStory Next.
